• Excessive humidity can lead to the development of mould and mildew on carpets and upholstery.
• Conversely, insufficient humidity can make the fibres in your carpets and upholstery fragile and susceptible to damage.
• Excessive moisture in the air can contribute to the growth of dust mites and other allergens in your carpets and upholstery, which can have negative effects on your health.
• The level of humidity also affects how long it takes for carpets and upholstery to dry after cleaning, so it's important to take this into account when scheduling a carpet cleaning service.

• In the spring and summer, our doors and windows are frequently left open, allowing outdoor elements like pollen, dirt, and debris to make their way into our homes.
• As any pet owner can attest, the rainy season can be quite a challenge when it comes to keeping our homes clean. Muddy paws and wet fur can leave behind unsightly stains and unpleasant odors on our carpets and upholstery.
•  During the fall and winter months, our homes often become closed up, which unfortunately means that dust, pet dander, and other allergens can accumulate and linger in the air. This buildup can potentially lead to respiratory problems for both humans and pets.
• During the winter months, there tends to be a rise in holiday gatherings and traffic, which can lead to an uptick in spills and stains on carpets and upholstery.

• Although sunlight has the power to illuminate a room and uplift our spirits, it can also lead to the deterioration of carpets and upholstery.
• Excessive exposure to sunlight can lead to the fading and discoloration of carpet and upholstery fibres, giving them a worn and dirty appearance.
• Excessive sunlight exposure can cause damage to the fibres in carpets and upholstery, resulting in tears, fraying, and overall wear and tear.
• To prevent this, it is recommended to use window treatments like blinds or curtains to shield your carpets and upholstery from harmful UV rays.

• During the winter months, the cold and wet weather can present a range of challenges for your carpets and upholstery.
• Snow, ice, and salt tracked in from outside can leave behind a white residue on carpets, making them look dull and dirty.
• It is important to ensure proper ventilation and use heaters to speed up the drying process of carpets and upholstery cleaning, especially in low temperatures.
• During the winter months, using heating systems excessively can lead to carpets and upholstery becoming dry and brittle, increasing the risk of damage.

• With the arrival of warmer weather, our homes become more active. When there are children and pets in the house, carpets and upholstery tend to get dirtier faster.
• During the spring and summer months, it's important to regularly hoover carpets and upholstery due to the high levels of pollen, dust and allergens in the air.
• It's important to prioritize proper ventilation during the summer months to prevent the growth of mold and mildew, which thrive in high humidity.
• Take advantage of the summer season to schedule a professional deep cleaning service for your carpets and upholstery. This will help eliminate any buildup that may have accumulated during the winter months.
